Mouse and keyboard lock up

Hello,



Is the keyboard and mouse wireless? try them on another pc to see if they are good working devices. try a known good working keybd and mse on the pc you are having a problem with. If you think that the video card is having a problem then try reseating the card and or uninstalling the drivers and reinstalling them for the video card
maby the chipset on the mainbd needs a firmware update.
