Can not use my laptop keyboard

Hello,

my compaq laptop keyboard is something wrong. when I log on to administrator account to start windows, my password can b key in,after that,keyboard doesn't work anymore,mice still can use.But when I log on to guest account,there is nothing happen. keyboard works as normal. if u know how to solve this, please.....
