Hello,my comp turns on but only comes up with the p b logo and goes no futher any help please

Try to boot in safe mode to see if it enters.
for this, press F8 repeatedly when booting your computer.
you may also choose "Last known good configuration" to boot your computer.

Thanks but it dosnt even get that far it freezes on the as soon as it opens the logo it wont f2 or escape ....it beeps once b4 it opens and thats all it does....

Hi mate,im having the same problem,keeps getting stuck on the purple screen and when you press the f2 or f8 nothing happens and this is a new com as well.did u get any luck?
