problem of my 32 GB Kingston PenDrive this not read use total empty please give me solution.

Configuration: Windows XP
Firefox 2.0.0.11

I have 32 gb kingston pen drive....i formatted and used it...i stored some files in it and safely removed from pc....but again when i connected to pc...it didn't show any files...what may be the problem...wat can i do now to reuse it
