You have a Rogue antispyware program System Security in your system.
To get rid of it:

You need a program called Spyhunter.
Download it here:
http://www.pcthreat.com/parasitebyid-7554en.html

There are full instructions if you get stuck getting rid of it
Install and run Spyhunter and then your be fine.

Make sure you have an up-to-date antivirus installed, such as AVG Free Edition at:
