I have a problem with magicjack registration

Hello,
i bought magicjack yesterday..and when i plug in it asked me to register and i enterd the details wrong...then i took away the magicjack from the computer.now i want to register with valid information.but my problem is when i plugged the magicjack in to my system it is not asking for registration form.what do i do to get the registration form.
please help me.
your suggession is much appreaciated..

My magic jack did n ot work because they need to upgrade. when i upgrade i need email address ang acct password but i cant remmember the email and password. what can i do now i cant use may magic jack again.

When you upgrade my magicjack you ask email and password but unfortunately i forgot what i had entered because ive been using this for more thatn 8 months now. need help on how i can go back again

I had the same problem with password. All you need to do open the magic jack web site and get to a live operator and she will help you. It took me less than five minutes. Now I am up and running again. I hope this helps others.

If anyone can tell me where I can find a phone number, email address fax number (ANYTHING) to contact MagicJack...please tell me. Apparently this comapny likes to sell but doesn't ever want to help anyone. Their "Live: help is just a bunch of "common problems" listed out. I would appreciate it if anyone could tell me how to get ahold of these people. Cute video with his daughter and their two animals but is that just marketing? Does this guy really exist????
