How do i use my phone as a modem

am ray.am using a nokia 3G phone.plz i can i use my phone as a modem too conect too the internet for free or via opera mini if posible.

Configuration: Opera 9.60

You go on ya phone then go on settings click connectivity click usb then usb networks usb network type then phone as modem uneed to install disk tht u get with phone

Man i have a nokio phone 6500 but i want a free internet by using opera mini
but when i tried it tells me to contact the server so we need the solution men
