Hello,
Today for the first time i got the BSOD.
My pc is desktop running windows 7 64-bit.
I have Norton v11 antivirus protection and google chrome web browser.
80GB hard disk, MSI motherboard, 1GB RAM, (If you need further info please ask me)

I unable to read the Blue screen as it appears for 2 seconds (the line which i see is dumping physical memory but not sure)
and then my pc restarts and i got this message

Windows has recovered from an Unexpected shutdown

Note: But when i try to open minidump it shows access denied. I dont know what to do..

When in Windows go to Start > Computer (Right click it) > Properties

On the left go to Advanced Settings

under startup and recovery click Settings

untick the box that says "Automatically restart" and wait for it to happen again.

you could also use bluescreenview

Why're you bothering then? is it for testing? Once the activation period expires you wont be able to get updates.

Ya but what to do? all the minidump files are gone when i did disk clean up.. also when i try to run bluescreen view suggested by kieferschild but it also didn't show anything!.. so i dont want to waste all your valuable time..
