Hello, sir i am lokesh kumar form india i want to now that how can format my mp3 player
when i trying to format my removable disk or my mp3 player a massage show 'you can not format the disk'
please help me

Hi,
make sure that you have not opened any folder of the pen drive in your computer.
if you are saying that you get this problem for all the drives that you try to format, then it may be due to a virus.
run an updated anti-virus to solve the problem.
