Black screen only and in back ground showing dell in screen

Hello,
sir when i start my laptop in morning my dell lap showing black screen only and in back ground showing dell in screen .last night it function as normally could u advice some solution for diz

Hello mukesh2015,

Method 1:

Try this 1

1) When you switch ON your computer, start tapping the "F8" key to get

"Windows Advanced Options"( if boot menu appears, press "Esc" key and

keep tapping the F8 key)

2) Select the option "Last Known Good Configuration".

If the problem still exists then follow the step 1 and this time select the option

"Safe Mode". Check if you are able to boot into Safe Mode.

Method 2:
You can try the hard reboot process:
1. remove the battery and power cord
2. push and hold down the power button for 45 seconds
3. restore battery and power cord
4. restart the laptop

This will reset the laptop if it had problems with hibernation.

but the it doent showing anything while press f8
last night around 22 software updated automatically but lap was working normally after dat
now when we power on its only showing DELL logo and black screen in dat plz adivce any other method

try out with this..
did you press F8 immediately after your computer starts?

Try this

1. Remove the battery and cable.

2. Press and hold the power button for 58 seconds.

3. Replug and start.
