This is not harmful message when the OS start .but we have upset on it. now. i also get this problem so i looking in internet to resolve this problem so that is too easy .you go to the Run box and type regedit and you get the registry tools box . go to the this path . HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Window script host\Settings
at this path click on the setting and will see the right sight , Display logo ..........REG_DWORD double click on it and the value set to change as 0 and ok and get apply and close it. And then you will see to your computer ,it have not message as the window script host setting. This all word is'nt my knowledge by the professional .

Don't Worry,,,
Dude,,, it's not a problem...Ok Actually Ur settings are set to defaults...Just do as I written follow.....
actually windows script host is created by microsoft for running any types of scripts in startup mode...
you can disable Windows Script Host; this will prevent users from running any scripts (including VBScript and JScript scripts) that rely on WSH.

To disable Windows Script Host, create one of the following two registry entries (REG_DWORD) and set the value to 0 (you need to create the entry, because it does not exist by default). To disable WSH for a particular user, create this entry:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows Script Host\Settings\Enabled

Now...When enforced, the following message will be displayed any time a user attempts to run a WSH script:

Windows Script Host access is disabled on this machine. Contact your administrator for details.

This message box appear even if the user attempts to start the script from a batch file or using a designated script host (for example, by typing cscript.exe c:\scripts\myscript.vbs at the command prompt).

Problem is solved.....

I found way..it worked with me ..

Go to Start –> Run –> Regedit
Find the following key:
HKEY_ LOCAL_ MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon
On the right hand pane, find Userinit and double click it to edit its value. Its value should be something like this (depending on your Windows Installation Directory):
c:\windows\system32\userinit.exe

remove entry which load wscript.exe(c:\windows\system32\wscript.exe) . .then restart then computer
