Unable to rename a file

Hello,
I am unable to rename a file repaired by anti-virus in pen drive.
I am using transcend 2 Gb pen drive which was infected by virus my anti-virus software (PCCilin) had repaired the file and now
1. Unable to rename / delete those file (Message: Unable to delete / rename file / folder )
2. Unable to format pen drive.

PLEASE SUGGEST ME APPROPRIATE SOLUTION
