My DVD Drive is not working

Hello,
I have DVD RW Drive and Window 7 pro , i have not used it for about 2 - 3 weeks . The problem begin when i have tried to run a disk but it did not even ejected, after it had ejected after many tries then it is now not reading any of my DVD, do someone can help me fix it?

It is desktop or laptop?
Clean your cd drive..
