Hello,
I had Xp installed about a year ago by someone and it worked fine, I decided recently to sell the laptop and the buyer wants the Vista reinstalled. I tried to do it myself and, since I have no recovery disk I tried installing another version that I got with my desktop but never used(running Xp on that machine also).
If there is any way of restoring the original OS from the partition, other than using a recovery disk, I would like to know more details.
I'm currently trying to install Vista Home Premium on the 4720z and I can't find the driver for the touchpad. Also the key for the E management system does not respond.
I'd appreciate if anyone could post a link.
