Dear Manoj,
I read your email and understand that you wish to connect your Nokia 6080 to your Laptop and PC for accesing internet. The first thing you must do is to get GRPS service activated on your mobile connection SIM card. Further, here are the steps to connect the mobile to Laptop and PC:
Tips: Make sure your firewall/anti-virus software has the bluetooth software and Nokia softwar in "Allow" mode. To do this, consult your firewall/anti-virus support.

Once done with the connecting of mobile, you will see a pop-up (a green mobile icon) in the bottom-right corner of the screen stating that the Nokia 6080 is connected to your PC.
3) Go to Start->All Programs->Nokia PC Suite application.
4) Select and click on "Connect to Internet" option.
5) A different window will open with options: Connect and Configure manually/automatically.
6) Click on Configure button and choose the device (your mobile model in this case) and click next. Further, choose the service provider (your mobile service provider name in this case; choose the most appropriate and close option).
7) Follow the wizard and reach to finish.
8) Click on "Connect" button. The window will show the progress of connecting and display a message when finally connected to internet.

====
Note: Use the above settings for connecting your mobile through USB port. If you wish to connect through Bluetooth, then follow the below settings.
1) Connect and synchronize your Laptop's bluetooth software to your Nokia phone (Nokia 6080 does not contains bluetooth feature as per my knowledge; just in case it contains Bluetooth feature, you can use it).
2) Bridge the connections and make your mobile Auto-authenticated in Bluetooth software. you can use your bluetooth manual to do so as different bluetooth applications contains different settings so it is hard to tell you here. you can also contact your laptop support for synchronizing your mobile to your laptop through bluetooth.
3) Install the PC Suite software on PC.
4) Connect the phone using the Bluetooth port. Select the option for connecting the mobile to the PC and use the mode of connection as "Bluetooth". Once done with the connecting of mobile, you will see a pop-up (a green mobile icon) in the bottom-right corner of the screen stating that the Nokia 6080 is connected to your PC.
5) Go to Start->All Programs->Nokia PC Suite application.
6) Select and click on "Connect to Internet" option.
7) A different window will open with options: Connect and Configure manually/automatically.
8) Click on Configure button and choose the device (your mobile model in this case) and click next. Further, choose the service provider (your mobile service provider name in this case; choose the most appropriate and close option).
9) Follow the wizard and reach to finish.
10) Click on "Connect" button. The window will show the progress of connecting and display a message when finally connected to internet.
11) Use internet explorer/any other browser to check if you can browse the websites.
