Hp 2000 switchin on only with battery charged

Hi every 1 please help me with this issue, i have an hp2000 leptop i have been using for quite long and one i switched of and it just wouldnt come on then i got a new battery and i switched on, the i placed the old batery on other leptop charged and replaced it the leptop worked fine and when i plugged the power cord the orange light goes on but... it doesnt charge can someone please give me an ideia of what could be the problem?

Thought AC adapter issue..
Did you give a try with any other laptop?

yes i deed the ac adapters are completely fine i have two of them when i charge the batery on any similar leptop it works so does the ac adaptor now when i connect any ac adaptor without the battery it doesnt switch on even if its a new new ac adaptor

Thought of your mobo is dead..
contact a technician for your laptop to recovery..

it goes on when in batery it charges for 10 seconds but it doesnt work when plugged in with any ac adaptor Ac adaptor

if batery removed and charger left the light will show that thre is power but i wont go on
