My Toshiba A665-S5170 Black Screen

Hello,

My Toshiba is still not getting passed the black screen even after going through the different methods such as taking the battery out and trying to reboot without the battery or even trying to go into safe mode, neither worked. It just reverts me back to the menu where it wants me to launch repairs or start windows normally which just takes me back to the black screen where the loading stops. What should I do now?
