How to enter bios setup for aspire 5570z

pls i find it very diffult to enter bios setup on an aspire 5570z system.

Configuration: LINUX
Internet Explorer 6.0

Hi,
to enter BIOS by pressing repeatedly F2 button on start up, be fore the windows logo appears.
this should bring you to the BIOS setup.
