No Activation numbers?

Hello,

I have a user whose DELL laptop which had a disk event and lost all its file associations. He didn't remember what he did with the recovery disk for his machine, so I did a repair install from an Windows XP OEM disk and that seems to have fixed the original problem, but now it's prompting me to activate windows.

Online activation fails for either the original key or for the OEM key, and I need to do the activation by phone.

The problem is that there are no activation phone numbers in the 'step 2' part of the 'Activate windows by phone' dialog.

Can anyone provide me with the number to call for phone activation of windows XP?
