Check nout if your graphics card is propoerly fitted and that all the necessary drivers for your camera are istalled . Better check out your camera on another PC to see if it works well.

LOL @ moulkou... So uninstall completely GTA 4 and make a fresh and clean installation then apply the patch 1.0.3.0 this should fix the problem of the shaking cameras.

Use gtaiv launcher to play it proper not use gta iv.exe
