Moving tabs from 2007 excel to 97-2003

Hello,

I need to copy many tabs in a 2007 excel workbook to 97-2003 excel file and I am getting following message:
Excel cannot insert the sheets into destination workbooks because it has fewer columns and rows than the source workbook.

What is the fastest way to move such tabs in 2007 excel to 97-2003 excel file? Appreciate anyone's tip on this please.

Configuration: Windows Vista
Internet Explorer 7.0

Hello, there are file converters ,that provide a backward compatibility between excel 2007 and 2003, these items can be downloaded from: office.microsoft.com/en-us/excel/HA100775611033.aspx
