How to create LAN between 2 net connected pcs

Hello,


I am having two pcs at two different places which were not in a LAN. but those two pcs are connected to the internet seperately with two different connections from a single service provider. now the problem is how to establish a LAN connection for those two pcs. lease help me.

Configuration: pc 1: Windows XP, Internet Explorer 8.0, BSNL connection1
pc 2: Windows XP, Internet Explorer 6.0, BSNL connection2
