Hello, ok so I work from home and have 2 PC's. I was on a much needed vacation last week and Monday morning rolled around and it was time to get back to work. As usual I was multitasking (on the phone and opening files on my other PC. I got distracted and typed my pw in 3x wrong and got locked out. My company tech support can't help me since it is my personal computer and I just log into their network. I have tried the safemode thing and i still need a pw. Administrator wont work either. I got the comp from the company when they shut down the call center and they changed my sign in to administrator. I dont have a recovery disc and I have a ton of work to do that is impossible to do with only 1 pc. Any ideas or suggestions? Also, I dont have a burner so I cant try that either. I have been all over the internet all day trying to find a magical answer. My last resort is to pull the battery out but I log in using a token code so I'm afraid it will jack that up.

Configuration: Windows XP Pro
Internet Explorer 7.0

Do you have any other accounts becaus eif you do
open cmd and type net user
A list of users will show.
next type net localgroup administrators [the name of an other acount here] /add
Then hit enter this will make the other user a aministrator. Then you can sort your self out from there.

Unfortunately no, I have a guy in tech support that I'm hoping will be able to give me some info from before my comp was removed from the network but that could take a few days to hear back from him.
