I could not add my cs server

Hello,

i having problem in adding my server to the server list.
i use steam , when i launch delicate d server,and create server.
then launch cs 16,
when i go to find server i didnt found my server in server list.
so then go to favourite and add the ip address ,and when i click add button it doesnt do any thing,,.

Configuration: Windows XP

If your friends can connect then it's just because you are most likely behind a router and its registering the internal ip as the ip to connect to.

If your friends cant connect then you are most likely behind a router and need to forward ports.
