Hi...
I have really tough problem here, today I was tried delete the omnibox on my regedit, and accidentally I was deleting a few important things. Now my windows totally can't even open any programs or folder and regedit, please help to fix this problem.

1. Click Start.
2. Point to All Programs.
3. Point to Accessories.
4. Point to System Tools.
5. Click System Restore.
6. Follow the instructions on the wizard to restore to an earlier point.

system restore can't even open.. how to fix it?

To start the System Restore tool from a Command Prompt.

Restart your computer, and then press F8 during the initial startup to start your computer in Safe Mode with a Command Prompt.

Log on to your computer with an administrator account or with an account that has administrator credentials.

Type the following command at a command prompt, and then press ENTER:

%systemroot%\system32\restore\rstrui.exe

Follow the instructions that appear on the screen to restore your computer to an earlier state.

I already try this method but its still cant solved the problem.. is possible to using Windows CD Installation to fix this problem.
