Change of language in Laptop

Hello,

I bought a Toshiba note pasocon
DynaBook:G4/U17PME. Model No.;PS510N002HRI, windows 2007. Its in Japanese language. How can I change the language to English? I even do not know a single Japanese letter.

Windows 2007 is not an operating system.

What is the current operating system?

You dont know the os ?... when you start your computer after your computer manufacturer/ bios logo what should the computer displays?
