Hello,
i have a nokia x6 16gb device...when i connect it to pc via usb port then in my mobile i select mass storage.....then when i open it into the pc then all things show shortcut......after that i disconnect it from pc....when i enter into the mobile file manager then i see that all thing shows unsupported......in my device i have too many important files.....please tell me what should i do?????????

Hello,
[*] Download UsbFix on your computer, and execute it.
[*] It will launch automatically, and a shortcut will be created on your desktop.
[*] Connect all your external data sources to your PC (Usb keys, external drives, etc...) Do not open them.
[*] Choose "Clean" option.
[*] Once you're ready, click "OK".
[*] While cleaning, you will loose access to your desktop, but this is normal.
[*] You can find a copy of this report on your desktop, and another at : C:\UsbFix\Log\UsbFix [Clean 1] Your PC.txt
[*] Copy/paste it on the board you've asked for help.

can you check if you have Autorun virus?
