Pc wont start after cleaning

I cleaned my pc all I did was take out the graphics card blow it With caned air and vacuum the slots for dust then I did the same thing with my 4 memory cards. Now when I cut my pc on it ask me to computer repair and if I let it repair is just says failed to repair. Then when I start normally my monitor will flash a blue screen then crash then restart. I have tryed taking out the cards and placeing them back in and vacuuming out dust and it still won't start pls help

Hello

Using compressed air was a good idea but vacuuming was a grave error.

Vacuuming, even if you don't touch anything will create all kinds of damage: circuit issues, static shortcuts, etc.

Sorry to say but you must now consult a competent technician.
