What do you mean by validate? What is it you want to do exactly?

At the right.hand corner of the screen,its displays windows not compatible.Do I need to reload the operating system?

Just register the copy of windows. Do you have a Certificate/sticker? I went to a shop the other day that they rolled out a desktop without registering the copy of windows to the user, and they were freaking out! Just register it. If you have no idea of what or how, take it back to where you bought it. If your buddy did the work, then i would suggest taking to a repair shop and having them give you a valid copy of Windows!
