No signal got from Motherboard

Hello,
i had problem since yesterday, my computer is windows xp desktop pc, which is old one of 10 years ago...
last month it got a problem of HDD crashed and i change the new hard drive... but since yesterday when i start the power button the cpu running but the monitor shows nothing... shows only "no signal"... so i thought monitor is good also check the cables etc all are good....and also try with another monitor but it also shows 'no signal check your vga cable' so i try to change the vga card which is connected externally in pci slot... but still dont get signal, the cpu fan running powersupply fan running, but if i connect speaker in the motherboard no sound.... no response from mother board... whether it is problem with mother board?or something else?
help me please... i am frustating...

Is there a video port on the motherboard itself? if there is, then start with getting it running on that board first.

no ac3mark , i tried to connect to onboard display port but unable to find where it was.... i remove the ram and try to hear beep sound but no use... when i try this there is burning smell in computer i dont know where it was... i smell power supply but it is good and working good in another computer....:'-(

If you smell something, than it is fried. I wouldn't waste any more time on that one!

Umm, I am not certain we are clear on troubles here. If the video signal is not present because there is not power to the board, then yes change the Power supply.

Your indication as posted from the beginning was no video. Do the fans spin up?

yes ac3mark it spins up and the power button on lights up... but still no use... i didn't get into any conclusion that which part is not working.. i had doubt that if the fan spins if the motherboard is faulty?...
