Finding hotmail password

Hello,
I am needing to find my hotmail password. I have tried to locate it with hotmail, but all it will do is send another email to the account that I can't get into. I have a Microsoft Windows Vista laptop. Please help-- I need access to my email account within the next few days.

you need to answer the secret questions that you were asked to when you created the account.

The feature of answering the secret question was not done when the account was created. Do you recommend any type of software I can use to see if the password is stored on my machine?
