You are missing what happens if the evaluations are not met.
The , "" is required to do that.
=IF(D5>=150000,D5*21/100,IF(D5>=100000,D5*15/100,IF(D5>=70000,D5*21/100,IF(D5>=50000,D5*7/1000,""))))
The , "" is required to do that.
