GTA 4 Not Performing Well On my PC PLz HELP

My PC's Config. is
Intel Pentium CPU G2020 @2.90 GHz
2Gb Ram
AMD Raedon HD 5450 Graphic Card


I updated the graphic card specially for the game even though not performing so lag must be due to processor :'( the game stucks objects are not clear sometime fps low plz help

OK, I am pretty certain you need more than 2GB of RAM. Even with RAM on the graphics cards, 2 GB of RAM for a graphics intensive real time game is not enough!

If I upgrade my PC ram then will it work coz I was thinking my processor isn't enough to handle the game

I updated the patch and it solved the most problem but still performance is not very gud
