I think there's a problem with your memory modules. you can't even access the bios?

Same happened with me so here is what I did... was more of a quick fix btw, if you shut down after/if this works then you might still go through the same issue. (my issue was beeping 3 times and not booting):

1) first as a precaution I bought a housing unit to fit my hard drive so I could actually get my stuff, have access to, off the hard drive simply by plugging into any computer via USB.
2) unplugged the computer and took off the battery
3) took out the RAM sticks
4) took out the hard drive
5) plugged the computer back in (again w/out all the above inside) and turned the computer back on (of course it didn't do anything again except the power button lights up
6) then I wrapped the laptop in a blanket with the monitor up, completely wrapped the top and bottom (keyboard) so no heat would escape
7) left on until the computer shut itself off (a safety protection built in will shut it off before getting too hot)
8) unplugged the computer and put all the items back in (but only inserted 1 RAM card, never did try both)
9) plugged laptop back in and pressed the start button..... voila' it started right up

Had to do this again after installing updates, pretty much sucks and to be honest getting fixed is more than the laptop is worth (since I have access to all my content from another computer anyways via step 1 above).

So there you go. DO THIS AT YOUR OWN RISK OF COURSE AS YOU CAN/MAY DAMAGE THE LAPTOP but in my case I really didn't care since I now have access to the content.

Peace! Good Luck!
