DSL not getting stable of BSNL modem

Hello,
I have taken the broadband connection of BSNL last week but ever since I have installed the Teracom BSNL modem the DSL light haven't got stable. I have complained about this matter twice to BSNL but still no action taken. What should I do ?? Or what may be the possible reason for this kind of problem.

You need to get BSNL to fix the issue.
