Hello,
My computer won't start in last known configuration, start normally or safe mode don't have a clue what happened a friend of my son's came over & reinstalled windows but I need to recover lost files. I've checked on the internet & found undelete but when you download it it wants an activation key it would only let me get so far I even saw my files and pictures there. Can you tell me how to get these back & what steps I need to do not the best at computers. Computer is also running very slow before it seemed like it started to run a bit slower than usual just though it was the internet. Please help as this is my main computer. Any help would be greatly appreciated, you can email me directly.
