I have a problem with my real player

Hello,
I had real player 9 on my laptop and removed it due to conflict with other programms. Now I want to reinstall from the web and use it but the web prevent me from down loading. After the first step it won't move beyond the license agreement page. On the license agreement page when I clicked on the accept button it won't move and downloads the programme.

Internet Explorer 7.0
