Conditional Formatting a row from a validation list

Hello,

OK, I am trying to apply a conditional format to a worksheet whereas I have a validation list in a column at the end of the row of data. Based on the selection in the list the data on the row turns a different color. So if I was to choose YES from the list the row would be displayed in bold and if I chose NO the row would be red...I too need to copy the row down when a new entry needs to be added and tracked until closed.

So when I close out the entry on each row a color details the status of the entry.
