Switch between ubuntu to windows

Hello,
I have a question could someone help me i have XP service pack 2 and Ubuntu but i would like to have the possibility to switch between them with a click of a mouse or something easy like that. I do have the option at the booting to chose XP or Ubuntu but i would like to use ubuntu for internet security and soemtimes i would like to still use some programs from XP so how do i switch between them with out making partitions or stuff like that
