Port currently owned by unknown windows appli

hi,

I am programming a java application for sending and receiving SMS via GSM Gateway( or a mobile phone) actually m using a nokia mobile phone 6020 with a data cable DKU-5. The problem is that when i run the application a message appears "port currently owned by unknown windows application"

E:/ is not a valid win32 applicaiton Hello, I have inserted my USB drive into my PC running with windows XP. While I am trying to open USB drive (E:), I am getting the pop up window stated that "E:/ is not a valid win32 application".
