HELP IM CRYING

Hello,
I AM CRYING, i cant get my computer to do anything, this is what i did i dl internet exp 8.0 maybe 2 days ago, then for some unknown reason, i decided to turn back my puter, to last week. I now try to boot up my puter, and i have no icons, no nothing. Can someone out there tell me what to do??

Hi,
try to boot in safe mode, for this, press F8 repeatedly when booting your computer.
when entered in safe mode, try doing a system restore.
>start
>all programs
>accessories
>system tools
>system restore
follow the instructions.
or if teh problems were caused after a system restore, you can undo it.
