Copy Data On Condition From One Sheet To Another

Hello,

I have 15-16 sheets.. AND I ENTER data in sheet1 & sheet2 .. i want a code that can copy data from sheet1 / sheet2 to sheet3 or any other sheet based on condition .. I am keeping column b as UniqueCode .. If the UniqueCode is entered in column B in sheet3 or anyother sheet then excel should search the same UniqueCode from sheet1 / sheet2 to match and copy the row and paste in different coloumns that i want in sheet3 or anyother sheet ...After finding the UniqueCode from Sheet1/Sheet2 .. Excel Should Also Search For The Row Which The UniqueCode is And Then Copy The Row And When Pasting To Sheet3 .. Excel Should Search For The Same Heading From Sheet1 And Copy To Sheet3 Under The Same Heading..
So Please If Anyone Could Help Me..

I am 100% sure about your requirement. Would that "key" value would exists only once in sheet 1 and 2. ? how much of data sheets would contain
