OMG Tech Support Software Installed - against a TRO

Hello,

I just discovered that a Tech Support Co. (OMG Tech) has a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) issued against them but I did not find this out until after the fact. Now I have these OMG Antivirus and OMG Privacy Shield software in my Windows 8.1 System and not sure if its doing any protecting of my system.
