As soon as I start and log in the screen freezes and I can't do anything. I use cont alt delete and sign out using the arrow keys. When I get the screen that I can click on to sign in I have use of the cursor but as soon as I log in, everything freezes. The only thing that has changed recently is that I wanted to use the calendar on my laptop and it made me set up a microsoft account. It seems like I have had trouble ever since I have done that. I thought I could start in safe mode and be able to delete the microsoft account but I have been unable to do so.

Any help you can give will be appreciated.

Hello,

I will probably not be able to give you a solution today because I must sign out.

It would be helpful if you tell me:

1. What is your operating system.

2. If you can boot in safe mode with networking without any problem.

Best regards

Thanks for trying to help. I finally signed in in safe mode and did a recovery. I am now fixed. Thankfully.
