Wifi connectivity problem

Hello,
I am a BSNL network user, I am having BSNL DNA-A211-1 Modem + Router, I can able to connect my tab or mobile WIFI with BSNL router but henever i try to access enternet or any updates, It is no abe to access, Currently using XP desktop.

Can't you contact BSNL by phone for support?
