Vmware problem

Hello,
when i try to connect internet from vmware it cant.but i cn ping to vmware and from vmware i cn ping to my local nic, and default gateway..i configure vmnetwork dns and default gatway.cn any one help me to solve this problem??

Hi, I tried the link but what is there talks about the VMware Server and needs a "PhD" in computer systems to understand! :-( Anything simpler anywhere?
