Windows Vista - Won't boot, asking for PWD

Hello,

Having a problem with another computer of mine. When I turned the laptop on, Vista won't boot, and I'm getting an "Enter Password" message, at DOS.

Now, I didn't change any settings on the comp, and can't even boot in safe mode or access the settings, the "Enter Password" message is everywhere.

Any recommendations or knowledge on this problem?
