Hello,

i recently removed a trojan virus using spybot now i get the blue screen of death, the computer will keep automatically restarting when i turn it on. The internal cd rom drive stopped working a while ago so i use an external cd rom drive. Ive tried chckdsk, but it doesnt work. Is there a way I can restore using the external drive? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

unmountable_boot_volume, etc.

Hi,
try to repair your windows.
for this use the Windows installation CD.
place it in the drive and restart your computer.
make sure it is set to boot from CD drive first.
