After plugging the pendrive in the device, go to device manager (In run type "devmgmt.msc") In Device manager go to "Universal serial bus controllers" It should list the storage devices that you have connected to your PC. Right click and then click "Uninstall. Remove the pendrive and restart your system.
Try connecting the device again

After complete your process i will not see pendrive in my computer.

Sorry to say but your pen drive is damaged and cannot be repaired.

Hey sagarpadwal. Although @Ambucias might be right, you could still try the pen drive with another computer to see if the same thing happens. Further more you could connect it to you computer again and open up Disk Management to see if it shows up there. It might just need reformatting or something so there are still chances that it might be "alive".

I'm sorry. Somehow I've missed that, which might have led to a big mistake. Then he could try a data recovery program and if it could recognize the flash drive and retrieve his data. Here's a thread which might be useful: https://www.tomshardware.com/
