My pc is not starting in safe mode

Hello,
My pc got infected by virus. i hv removed all da viruses frm my pc with an antivirus.my pc starts working normally but now my pc is not starting in "SAFE MODE". can anybody help me for this ????

Configuration: Windows XP
Firefox 3.0.7

Hi,
this may be due to several factors.
>Hardware issue.
If you have recently added any new hardware to your computer, it is suggested that you remove that new hardware to make sure it is not the cause of your problem.
>Windows is seriously corrupted and is unable to load into Safe Mode.
restart your computer and repair your windows.

I hv checked n i found that it is due to virus infection. i think i hv removed all da viruses but still the problem persists.

i don't know how to activate the windows code because it's so difficult to understand in italian....that's the format of my pc. and in i was in hurry bcoz it flashes that my driver is getting worst...then finally shut down awhile ago. Now i open it again to seek help from whoever would like to help me
